As a brand storyteller and writer, I know first-hand how imperative a great project manager is for any successful creative endeavor. The key is understanding that each client is unique with their own set of unique challenges, which is why I approach each project and each team with a fresh creative perspective. It’s this deep understanding and ability to problem solve that allows me to clearly and consistently manage a project from both the client and creative side.
Working with designers, developers, and copywriters, I clearly distill creative briefs, establish effective OKRs, determine efficient resourcing and scheduling, manage cost-conscious time tracking, and conduct internal retrospectives using platforms such as – but not limited to – Basecamp, Dropbox, TeamGantt, and Harvest Forecast. I believe that as a project manager, it’s my responsibility to engineer empathy with coworkers and clients alike in order to create a meaningful experience for both sides. 🤗
